    Townhome Development

This project maximizes the potential of a compact infill site in Toronto’s west end but does it at a scale that is sympathetic to its surrounding context and integrates features of liveability in its execution. The parking is relegated to below grade and tree-lined walkways make the small site pedestrian friendly. Sheltered protruding volumes contain generous balconies and common amenities are located on the rooftop including a lap pool.

A carefully selected and minimal material palette - including cedar accents on the interior sides of the balcony projections and on decks at the entrances, rustic porcelain panels and dark grey, ribbed metal siding – integrates the building very well and highlights its dynamic form in a manner that is not at odds with its immediate context.
